What does Grand Rapids’ Urban Forest need to thrive? You!
Types of Opportunities
Plant a tree
The surest way to protect Grand Rapids' urban forest is to plant more trees. Plant a tree in your backyard or grab a shovel, and join us in planting trees throughout the city.
We’ve planted trees all over Grand Rapids. Now you can help us keep them healthy by restoring mulch, pruning, and staking. Ask the Grand Rapids Urban Forest Project staff how you can help the young trees near your neighborhood or workplace.
Your generous contributions keep our urban forest growing. Please consider donating or becoming a sponsor.
